*해외 주문 및 배송 방법

+ 저희 페미니크는 모든 해외 배송건에 대해 우체국택배(EMS)를 통하여 발송해 드립니다.
+ 해외 배송건 결제시에는 페이팔 /무통장 입금으로만 결제 확인이 가능합니다.
+ 배송 과정에서 나라 별로 측정하는 무게에 따라 관세가 발생할 수 있으며, 관세는 구매자 부담입니다.
+ 모든 해외배송 주문은 배송비가 포함된 금액으로 결제되기 때문에 다른 주문건 합배송이 불가합니다.
+ 해외배송 특성상 부분 배송이 불가하여 주문한 전 상품 입고까지 시간이 소요되는 점 양해 부탁드립니다.
+ 해외배송 주문시 페미니크 측으로 접수하지 않고 고객님께서 국내배송지로 주문해서 수령 후,
개인적으로 해외로 다시 보내신경우, 교환/반품 발생시 도움을 드리기 어렵습니다.

If you want your order to
be delivered overseas, please order and complete payment on the Feminique
overseas site.
Product is shipped after
entering the address and contact information from the member’s information
section, so please make sure to fill in the correct city/state/detailed
address/postal code/phone number/email.
*Overseas ordering and
shipping methods
1. PC Version – Click on
the English Mall link on the upper right-hand corner of the website’s main page
to log in and order.
2. Mobile Version – Click
on the upper left side of the application, then click the English Mall icon at
the bottom to log in and order.

+ Feminique delivers all overseas shipments
via post office courier (EMS).
+ For overseas shipping, payment is only
confirmed through PayPal / non-bankbook deposit
+ Tariffs can occur depending on the weight
measured by each country in the delivery process, and tariffs are at the
buyer’s expense.
+ All overseas shipping order payments
include shipping charges, so two separate orders can not be combined.
+ Due to the nature of overseas shipping,
partial delivery is not possible, so please keep in mind that it will take time
to receive all the products from warehousing and begin the shipping process.
+ When ordering overseas delivery, if the buyer does not register it from Feminique, and place an order separately to a domestic delivery address and personally re-send this the products overseas, it is
difficult to assist your in case of any exchange/return situations. Please make
sure to place any overseas shipping orders through our Feminique overseas
shipping bulletin.
